The floors were rotten and the foam was saturated, once I removed all this, I thought that the fiberglass started flexing and I made the wrong choice of boats to work on. Once I got down and checked things out, I figured out that removing 1200 pounds of saturated foam relaxed the boat to the point that the saddles on the trailer were to low Plans continue.
