This is the drivers seat with a homemade fix. Because the floor is rotten, the screws that held the pedestal in the floor came out. I had to come up with something because the spring walleye season was around the corner so I used a piece of 3/4" plywood for the base and screwed it to the floor.

This is the co-pilot seat where the floor still seems to be holding. Although there is a soft spot a little forward and to the right.

The aft starboard corner is still solid, but I think that after I peel the floor covering off I'll know more.

Yikes! Tore through the glass and found what I expected...rotten wood.

As I expected, saturated foam. Notice the water at the bottom edge of where I pulled out a chunk of foam. The hull looks excellent!

Here are the stringers. What's confusing is that the only wood is laid on top of foam and the floor was attached to it. It seems that the fiberglass is whats making up the stringers and the foam is the support. If you look at the far left you can see my screwdriver stuck in the foam where that board was. You can also see where it was placed where the foam looks like it takes a 1" step down. I talked to a tech at Larson and he told me that there should be a board on the inside of the foam against the glass...there isnt though.
