The stop is made from a piece of angle stock. After the shape is traced onto the stock, it is cut with a Dremel with heavy duty cutoff wheels.

The bracket is cut, and needs some minor shaping with a grinder and file. The hole for the bolt is marked and drilled. After final shaping, it is sanded down and painted.

The stop is used on the brake pedal, and the original is used on the throttle.
