The first part of the whole project depends on how good will the seat be, so the foot rest, here is where my work begin, I designed the seat with plywood, balsa, glue, nails, screws and lot of wood filler... oh... and will not forget the sanding...

The seat, this part was made with a cut plastic chair, and inserted in the piece...

Here you can see the plug of the Seat&Footrest, but with no paint, so lot of work to go...

Here the Seat&Footrest with some paint, first coat to sand and let it smooth, then to the mold process with fiberglass...
