Replacing he ROTTED floor in my first boat. Picked it up a few years ago for a real good price and used it every summer. Past month I noticed more and more soft spots, so I decided to jump in head first.

Replacing the floor and front deck on a Starcraft 18' Super Sport. I started documenting the project well after the hard work of fitting and glassing, but here's what I've got from primer on.

MFG Caprice 17br I found this cheap. The floors had been restored but not sealed and sat under a tree. It has a chrysler 60 that had been fixed but never started after it was put on the boat

finished project just a couple of shots of my 88 Baja. It wasn't a huge project. I just redid the seats, remounted the motor, changed prop, and added some good spark.

I bought a 1980 Renken 2100 that sat for about six years. It has a 1979 Volvo Penta AQ120B engine with a 270 outdrive. Condition when purchased was unknown. NOW I Know!!!!

I purchased a solid 1976 Grady White Gulfstream (walk-around) with the OMC stringer drive. My original intent was to find this style boat and set it up for offshore use. I did not want a large splash-well on the back of the boat for going off-shore, so the old I/O style met my needs. Over the last 3 years, I accumulated the parts (bracket, steering, motor, guages, etc.) and did the fiberglass work to seal up the old stern drive hole and prepare the transom for the bracket. The pics show the final stages, as I was not aware of this forum when I started, nor did I take pictures as the work progressed.
