I received this boat from my dad about a year and half ago when we moved. We brought it in upstate NY and when we moved he was going to sell it since he has about four other boats but I wanted to restore it. The boat is overall in good shape just want to bring back some style!

This boat was bought new in 1989 by my grandfather. It was used for a few years in salt and fresh water. The boat quit the last time it was out on the water and has sat for about 5 years, it sat uncovered for the last 2 years. The boat has about 100 hours on it.

Picked this boat up for $300 more than I should have paid for it, but it's mine now and I'm fixing it up. For those that don't know, it's a 17ft Tri Hull Runabout, probably one of the best looking tri-hull Glastrons made, IMHO. * update Feb 2008 * The work started at my mobile home, in a mobile home park that did not look kindly on boats in the park overnight, much less weeks on end, particularly off the trailer! It now resides in the back yard of my house, getting less attention than I'd like...but thats the price for moving up in life a bit. I'm still without a garage, but I have room to work, which makes things easier as you'll see the further you get in the pictures. I'm hoping to have the structural work done by the end of 2008 and on the water mid 2009 if I'm lucky. If I'm industrious, I may be able to get it wet this year ( 2008 )

Got this 1968 16' Starcraft with 1972 electric start Evinrude 25hp for $800. I already tore down and rebuilt the outboard before deciding to take pictures. I'll be using the boat for hunting and fishing. I plan on adding a casting deck, dry storage, livewell, lights, repairing (or replacing) the trailer, etc.

Decided to repaint the interior, deck and the topdeck this year, basically everything except the hull and the Center Console which was done 2 years ago. Also 2 years ago the deck was completely rebuilt. Pics of that project are here: http://www.oceansedgewebdesign.com/boat/
